Mandate Systems Ltd aims to continually improve the company’s overall performance and exceed the expectations and needs of our customers.
To maintain a standard level of service Mandate Systems Ltd operates a Quality Management System, which follows the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is further supported by ISO 17020.
Our quality objectives are:
- Maintain certification without non-conformances.
- Less than 1% lost man hours.
- Zero errors attributable to lack of training or communication.
- Minimum 80% positive customer satisfaction rate.
- React effectively to non-conformance.
As a company we collate feedback data from our clients after each visit, to see any shortcomings and the areas our customers feel improvements could be made to enhance their experience.
Correct training of staff has promoted key areas of quality and safety, which is required of each team member. Training is continual and refresher training is vital in retaining and exceeding our standard.
Our policy is implemented at all levels within our organisation and lead by example culture is filtered from Management. Changes to quality are discussed amongst all staff members to ensure the changes are welcomed and achievable.
