All Visits Now Postponed
As you will be aware we have been monitoring the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. Following Government guidelines our office staff went into self isolation from Friday 20th March.
Yesterday (Monday 23rd March 2020), with a heavy heart we took the decision to halt our engineering operations. This step was not taken lightly, however for the safety of our whole team it was necessary.
Safety has always been and will always be Mandate’s number one priority. In this case it is the safety of our team.
Rest assured we are available to answer your call and provide the same quality service we have in the past. Our team will be available on the phone and email during the usual office hours (08:30-16:30), should you have any questions.
What are we doing to help
For customers where examinations are due, our engineering team is going to review all the Written Schemes and examination reports to ensure the suitability of the equipment going past the date of next examination. These will be graded on a traffic light system and we will offer our advice to clients individually.
As this is an unprecedented event we are trying to maintain the safety standards of all our schemes and I will contact the Health & Safety Executive to see if there is anymore that we are able to do.
In terms of PressureSafe reports these will be processed by the team, as they come through.
Thank you for your support
I would like to thank all our customers for their support and understanding. The response to our decision has been overwhelming.
It is a testing time for each of us and I want to ensure that we are all safe and can return to business as usual, as quickly as possible. Work will be prioritised upon our return.
